Open Usage and Billing from the account menu. Use Account > Usage for account capacities and Account > Plan & billing for subscriptions, payment methods, and invoices. Personal AI contains separate Credits, Agents, and Activity sections. Personal agent counters and pooled managed BadgerLeaf Credits are independent of the selected account. Account-wide capacity appears only for accounts you own or have permission to read.
Agent counters show UTC-day, policy-period, running-task, and managed-trial allowances. BadgerLeaf Credits are service units for managed AI; they are not presented as a dollar conversion. Bring-your-own-key activity is billed by your provider and does not consume the managed pool.
Recent agent activity separates provider-reported usage from BadgerLeaf estimates and, for managed calls, the reserved maximum from the recorded, reversed, and net credit totals. Only the agent owner can see this report. Requester and room names appear only while the owner and requester still have current access to that room; otherwise the history uses concealed labels.
When an agent reaches the lower or higher policy threshold, the owner receives a private in-app warning. The higher threshold and hard limit also send private email. Recent warnings show the exact limit, usage, remaining amount, reset time when applicable, and whether the value is exact or a conservative estimate. Collaborators see only a generic refusal in the room.
Rendering and TTS are tracked separately from BadgerLeaf Credits. Included provider TTS is consumed only when new audio is successfully synthesized. Failed, ambiguous, unattempted, and cached work consumes no allowance.
A scheduled downgrade costs $0 now and keeps the current billing date. Review the future monthly amount and every lower quota, model, and feature before confirming. Existing resources remain, but after the boundary payment succeeds, new growth stops wherever current usage is at or above a lower limit. Canceling the subscription clears the pending downgrade.
Adult purchasers can review the saved card brand, last four digits, expiration, payment status, subtotal, tax, total, and billing period here. Update payment method opens a Stripe-hosted form and changes only the selected subscription. Receipt links are short-lived PDF downloads. BadgerLeaf does not display or store the full card number or security code, and updating a card does not retry an unpaid invoice or change the renewal date.
The subscription lifecycle panel keeps payment state separate from access and allowance state. It names the effective customer-safe source as Entry level, trial, the paid plan, or account-specific limits. A pending or failed paid projection does not grant access and does not reveal internal identifiers. After a failed renewal, the panel shows the exact 72-hour payment-grace deadline and what stops immediately versus at that deadline; a later payment never moves the original billing date.
Limits are hard stops: the page does not promise overages. The subscription card shows pending plan changes and period-end cancellations until they take effect.
