Account settings control account-wide collaboration behavior.
Enable Account Chat Room creates a resource chat room tied to the account. Disable it when the account should not have an account-wide room. Changes apply only after Save changes. The entry-level account permits 1 active resource-bound room total. Account, project, book, manuscript, and automatically created demo rooms use the same capacity. Direct messages, support rooms, and owner-agent direct messages do not consume it.
